Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Rap Video at rap-video.ai (the "Service"). The Service is operated by an independent individual developer ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@rap-video.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service

The Service turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated rap or hip-hop style video. Videos are produced by third-party AI models, so results vary and may not match your expectations, the source photo, or the selected style. We may add, change, or retire styles, models, resolutions, and features at any time.

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. For every identifiable person in a photo, you confirm that:

the person is you, or you have their permission to upload the photo and to create and share an AI-generated video of them; and
the person is at least 18 years old.

Do not upload photos of minors. Do not upload photos of other people, including public figures, without their consent. You remain responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the resulting videos.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

depicts a minor, or sexualizes any person;
is sexually explicit, or shows nudity;
impersonates a real person, or is presented as real footage in order to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or mislead others, including about political, news, or public events;
harasses, bullies, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against any person or group;
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or likeness rights; or
violates any applicable law or the usage policies of our AI providers.

You also agree not to bypass credit limits or safety systems, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, access it through automated means except where we permit, or interfere with its operation or security.

AI-Generated Videos

As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, subject to these Terms and to any rights of the people and content shown in your photo. Similar prompts and styles may produce similar results for other users, so we do not guarantee that a video is unique.

When you share a video, you must not present it as real footage. We recommend clearly labeling it as AI-generated, and you must do so where the law or the platform you post on requires it.

License You Give Us

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your photos, inputs, and videos only as needed to operate the Service, including sending them to our AI providers to generate your video, showing them back to you, preventing abuse, and complying with the law. We do not use your photos or videos in our marketing without your permission.

Content Review and Removal

We may review, block, or remove any content, and may refuse a generation, if we believe it breaks these Terms, the law, or a provider's policies. AI providers may also reject a request through their own safety systems.

If you believe content created with the Service uses your likeness or infringes your rights, email support@rap-video.ai with a link or description of the content and the basis for your complaint. We will review it and may remove the content and suspend the responsible account.

Credit Purchases and First-Purchase Offer

Credits are purchased once and do not expire. Standard packs are $9.90 for 200 credits, $19.90 for 500 credits, and $39.90 for 1200 credits, in USD before any applicable tax shown at checkout. Current-model videos use 80 credits at 720p or 100 at 1080p. Future advanced models may have different credit costs, which will be shown before generation.

Eligible first-time buyers may purchase Starter for $4.95 once per person. A previous successful purchase of any pack, even if later refunded, removes eligibility. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Account and payment signals may be used to detect repeated claims. A failed or canceled unpaid purchase does not consume the offer; a refund does not restore it.

Failed video generations restore the generation credits automatically. This is not a refund to your payment card. For cash refund requests, contact support; refunded unused purchase credits are withdrawn, while used or partially refunded purchases require review. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights. Existing purchased balances and order entitlements remain valid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are only usable on the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including hosting, payment, sign-in, and AI video providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, unused credits may be forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.

Disclaimers

The Service and all videos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generation will succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
